This unique round house makes for great family memories. Completely remodeled in July 2022. The open floor plan is welcoming and spacious with lots of light. The large deck overlooks the swimming pool. And there is parking for 2-3 vehicles. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Living Area

The living room has lots of windows and is bright and airy. It is open to the kitchen /dining area and has a couch and 2 chairs. The living room has a large flat panel TV with Cable and WIFI. The staircase leads up to the loft bedroom.

2 Bedrooms and Loft

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a wall mounted TV with cable. Across the hallway, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a closet and a wall mounted TV with cable. The staircase leads up to the loft sleeping area which the kids will love. The loft has a twin trundle day bed and a futon. There is extra floor space for a play area.

2 Bathrooms

The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom is ensuite and has a stone walk in shower.

Kitchen

This thoughtfully designed kitchen is open to the living room and has lots of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is plenty of cabinet and counter space plus a breakfast bar. There is a dining table to seat 4. Outside there is also a picnic table for outdoor dining.

Outdoors

The upstairs deck gets lots of sun and overlooks the pool. There are some patio chairs and a picnic table. Downstairs is shaded with a charcoal BBQ grill. The outdoor shower and hose is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There is a shared pool for the Sunday Villas. The laundry room is downstairs with secure storage for your fishing and beach equipment.

Parking

The 1st driveway can fit 1-2 vehicles and the 2nd uncovered driveway can fit 1 additional vehicle. There is limited overflow parking at the swimming pool. NOTE: owner has private storage area downstairs not available for guest use.
